Someone please call Child Care Services, or can a parent be in the cutting room before airing this shit out. They have Kim as a roll model, and I know if I was to see one of my friends filming my little sister in a poll...ha dude would be in the hospital - and right after I would be in Central Booking with a smile on my face like it was the a 5 star hotel! I wouldn't let some shit like this happen. E! Should be a little more responsible.
