Benzino Happy About Elliot Wilson Dismiss From XXL...

Talk about Waiting for someones downfall! - “Karma is a muthafucka!!!…The little bi*ch should have been let go years ago if you ask me… When I heard about this I thought it was beautiful…He (Elliot Wilson) doesn’t represent Hip Hop or the culture anyway. XXL and all the editors over there are just a copy cat of The Source and now them, Source and Vibe are feeling the fu*king pinch…. Now Yellow N*gga can go get a job sucking fu*king Jimmy Iovine since that’s what he was doing anyway…G Unit is over and so is Elliot. If I see him in the streets I’m a put a foot in his ass..I’ma do that for Hip Hop…”

This goes to show you how bitter Benzino is, the man was "waiting" for this to happen... Mr. Has been is still mad about getting fired from The Source (or being voted out...whichever sounds better for you) - Things happen in the corporate world that we as employees cant control. It happened to him now he is glad it happened to Wilson... What a hater!

Sony BMG In Bed With Amazon...

Sony BMG Music Entertainment is joining Amazon's MP3 party, and will allow its music to be sold via the unprotected format on the digital download store. The move comes on the heels of Sony BMG's announcement that it will sell album-specific digital download gift cards that will be redeemed in the MP3 format.

"We are excited to be working with Amazon as they continue to build new markets for digital music," said Sony BMG Music Entertainment global digital business & U.S. sales president Thomas Hesse. "We are constantly exploring new ways of making our music available to consumers in the physical space, over the Internet and through mobile phones, and this initiative is the newest element of our ongoing campaign to bring our music to fans wherever they happen to be."

Fashion: Air Jordan's 23 (This Are The One's To Collect)

I've never been the "collector" but I have had my share of Air Jordan's on my feet, took them to play ball (yeah I know...HOW DARE YOU!). I never thought of collecting any type of kicks, I buy them, I rock them, play ball in them and thats about it... Salvation Army after that. The only thing that I have left from my late Jordans are the 17's Red Case, and I use the case to store all my vacation pictures (yeah yeah yeah - How dare you!).

I might change my mind about collecting with these Jordans, I might buy 2 pairs... Do the usually ware and tare with one and save the other. Why you might ask, well he was my favorite player and this is why I rocked the hell out of my Jordans...cause I wanted to play like him! (no I never did but I sure tried, and talked a lot of trash to my Knick fan Cousins... I think I got my ass beaten by one of them...for my fresh mouth...Tito!) These are the 23's and they are worth collecting... just like those kids (grown man actually) that still have the 1's (OG)

An ultra-limited edition North Carolina-esque colorup will drop on January 25, 2008, and then white/black/red and black/red colorways will follow on February 16, and February 23 respectively.

Lil Wayne Sued Over Bentley

Cash Money Records rapper Lil’ Wayne is at the center of a new lawsuit for breach of contract over a 1999 Bentley Arnage. The breach of contract lawsuit was filed by attorney Daniel R. Price, on behalf of his client LeMarck deAndre on, Dec. 18, 2007 in the Superior Court of California in Alameda County. The lawsuit the New Orleans bred rapper of "non-payment" of over $91,000 dollars left to be paid on the Bentley, which is burgundy, with a cream/tan interior.

Well Well Mr. Wayne forgot to pay his Bentley - He should start by firing his accountant and calling the dealer himself see if they cut him a brake. I wouldn't, but thats just me.

B-Mack Doesn't Get It Either... THAT S#!+ CRAZY!

Beanie Sigel talks in an interview with DJ Whoo Kid and sounds a little disgruntled with Def Jam and even hints to some hard feelings towards the Jiggaman. He needs to understand that the whole biz is a little crunched up right now but he's right about not getting the support after how loyal he's been. I feel you Sigel, I've had it happen to me homie - I FEEL YOUR PAIN! THAT SHIT CRAZY!!!

He also said he's planning a mixtape called "The True American Gangster"... Hmmm. Listen to the interview...

Jiggaman Has Left The Building...

Jay-Z announced on Christmas Eve that he will step down as president of Def Jam when his contract is up. He said he's going to pursue bigger things and conquer different challenges but he will still remain an artist under the Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam imprint.

I think he did the right thing by stepping down because his love is in making music, not helping others make it. Hopefully he'll step back from the head positions in the music biz and take part in other ventures outside of music. A man with Jay-Z's talent needs to focus on what he does best - making records, not running artists' careers. Him and L.A. obviously do not have the answer for stopping the hip-hop biz from diving head first into a pit of death so I think the next man who needs to step down is Mr. Reid. Sorry homie but your ear is old and the music has changed. Just like Jigga can only rap, you can only push 90's R&B, and sorry for the news flash but that music is dead.

My name is Hand...
