Jay-Z sat down with Shaheem from MTV and he discussed that him and Alicia would be performing “Empire State of Mind” at the World Series Game opener in Yankee stadium. Apparently someone over booked the super star because on Wednesday he's suppose to be performing in Columbus Ohio. Hov was considering doing both... Why not he has a G5. Lets see if he pulls it off..

UPDATE: At 5:30 p.m. John Vlautin from Live Nation Worldwide, Inc., the company representing Jay-Z, told The Lantern that Jay-Z will be performing at the Schottenstein Center and that he will perform in New York on Thursday, depending on the weather.

Jiggaman sold a respectable 131K except for the fact that it was a 70% decline from his first week. 50 might be on to something with that statement he made about Def Jam buying records and them dropping by 70% the second week, lol. Either he's a prophet or he knows some inside info the rest of us don't!

On a sad note Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's latest effort, "T.H.U.G.S." only moved 15K in its first week of release... OUCH! Looks like the Full Surface label is on its way to bankruptcy if they keep on with these lackluster album sales.
