Foxy Brown Out Of Solitary Confinement

Good news for Foxy Brown at last? According to TMZ.com, the imprisoned rapper has been moved out of punitive segregation for "good behavior." The MC (real name: Inga Marchand) had been ordered to spend 76 days in the solitary-confinement unit but only served 40 there, the site reports. TMZ.com also says she did not receive special treatment because of the holidays or her celebrity status. She is being held at the Rose M. Singer Center for women on New York's Rikers Island.

The troubled rapper, who has been in jail since August 22 for violating her probation multiple times, was placed in solitary confinement late last month after being disciplined for a scuffle, verbal assault toward prison officials and her refusal to take a drug test.
