The Ill Nana In Jail
Judge Melissa Jackson remanded Brown to the custody of the state, and threw her in the clink until her next hearing Sept. 7. Brown had been on probation on assault charges, but two incidents in recent weeks violated her probation, thus leading Judge Jackson to send Foxy to jail.
A source tells TMZ that Foxy's face was "priceless" when the judge handed down her decision, and that Brown and her lawyer had not expected to see jail time. It has yet to be determined where Brown will be held, but Brown was booked at Manhattan Criminal Court and handed over to authorities.

MYA GETS GULLY ON FUNKMASTER FLEX!!!
Looks like Funkmaster Flex's comments on Mya's supposed "Tell-All" book backfired on him. On Monday August 20th, 2007, Flex started slammin' on Mya because of a press-release he read stating the artist was writing a book that spoke about her career and relationships she's had. Relationships with The Game, Marques Houston and even the Mayor of her home city, Washington D.C. Flex was upset at how women keep coming out with these tell-all books and ruining the current relationships and lives of these men (and I have to agree, they wanna get slammed with the sausage and then when their careers are in the dirt they want to expose these dudes not knowing how it'll affect their marriage lives and their images as fathers. Yes many women will say they shouldn't be sleeping around with these chicks but if she wants the meat - SHE WANTS THE MEAT!!!... ok back to the story :-D) and how no one is backing these men up so he wants to take a stand against these "birds".
Well it appears Mya's publicist caught wind of what Flex said and requested he have a phone interview with Mya so she could explain that the book wasn't really a tell-all book, it was more about her career, so Flex agreed. Well Mya called in and she didn't even give Flex time to sneak a word in! She just started going off on Flex and telling him that his career is nowhere itself so who is he to judge her. She also said yes she was going to speak about her relationship with these men but as "friends" and not sexual partners. Flex tried pleading his case but she wouldn't let him speak and finished her "statement", as she called it, with a threat. She told Flex "there's nothing more to discuss, see me when you see me and we gon' settle this in person" - CLICK!, she hung up on the big dog at Hot 97, Funkmaster Flex.
After a few songs and some commercial breaks Flex came back on and had Miss Info with him. They started everything off in a nice way and Info said she could understand why she would be upset but Mya needs to realize this was a press release made by her camp and Flex just went off of the facts presented to him. Flex said he apologizes if she really wasn't doing a tell-all but he had to represent for the men who keep getting thrown under the bus when the likes of Karrin "Superhead" Steffans and Carmen Bryan decide to put peoples business out there. But after some humble moments Miss Info reminded Flex that Mya's camp took a while to come up with an excuse as to why it was said that she was coming out with a tell-all book when she really wasn't and then told him he was right about her trying to push her career ahead since her last hit was more than 4 years ago and that hit actually covered a very sexual matter since the song was "My Ass is like WHOA" so why was she playing the innocent part? That just set Flex off and then he remembered she threatened him and he started ragging on her again!
Well don't say I didn't call this one but Hand says Miss Info better watch her back because I'm sure Mya was hearing the rest of the show just to see what they said about her and with those threats she made to Flex I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have a problem getting at Info! HAHA! I'll keep you posted if this escalates.

MTV Apartments!
Ever since MTV started MTV Cribs we have seen all the mansions/cars/jewels/ and everything else that wealthy Rappers, Athletes and Rockers own. So the other day I was chilling watching TV (something i rarely do now a days since i work all day) so i go through the channels and stop on MTV which was showing CRIBS- Everything is going well, I'm looking at Dallas Austin showing his futuristic crib, with 360 degree view windows and all the hottest cars anyone would want. Then it goes into Lumidee, you know the girl from "Never leave you uh oh"- As soon as her segment starts I just start dying laughing, I couldn't stop! She was showing...not her crib but her apartment. I called my cousin handsome so he can witness the shit I was seeing (we were rolling!)- To me it was like an episode of SNL (lmao)- Don't get me wrong, artist go through shit and Lumidee hasn't really sold anything- so my point is...If MTV CRIBS calls you and you ain't got the big crib with the hot cars (that kids want to see--yes I'm a big kid ppl) then just say NO! don't embarrass yourself...(some of you might say - what about Redman's episode NO THAT SHIT DOESN'T COUNT- it was REDMAN...you can't take him seriously)

I usually don't say much but... these execs don't know know anything. First they send (I say they, cause who else is going to bitch about this!!!) out the RIAA on DJ Drama and Dj Cannon, they get their equipment confiscated and they land in jail... for promoting music, music that gets albums sold. Without Dj Drama / Cannon / Dj Clue / Dj Onpoint / Kay Slay / Whoo-kid and other well known Mixtape sluggers then how would you reach the buyers! ... The music industry is just falling apart, and they want to make excuses, and now they want to go and take the ideas of the streets!...here comes Universal Music group and hires unknown dj's (not mentioning them cause i dont want to promote the bullshit!) to create a "legal mixtape" and try to sell it to the streets - I have to say this, if you fuck heads want to sell mixtape then get at the real dudes that do it everyday, and have the good ideas/concepts and have worked there asses off to create a name for themselves in the mixtape scene! Dont try to cut them off at something they have mastered just cause you want to keep your job! - You guys are actually doing a great job at pissing the Dj's off!

MTV does it again...
Well just when you thought television couldn't get any cornier with all their celebs doing this and that reality shows, MTV decides to hit us with "Celebrity Rap Superstar" premiering August 30th at 10PM Eastern Time. It's just like Dancing with the Stars where they paired up celebrities with professional dancers but these celebrities will be paired up with the likes of Tone Loc, Paul Wall and Warren G (yes you heard right, Warren G is on another reality show, I guess the money's better than what his rap career was pulling in - ZILCH). They'll compete doing remakes of Hip-Hop classics and their very own "hits" from scratch. I most likely won't watch it but I'm sure some of you enjoy seeing celebrities make fools of themselves so check it out.
Oh yeah and for all you internet gossip fiends it is said that one of the celebrities (if you can consider him a celebrity) is none other than everyones fave blogger turned gossip "Kweeng" (think about it and remember that word, it'll become popular now and I birthed it :-D) the homie Perez Hilton.
