T.I. Making New Album From Home

T.I., who is under house arrest in Atlanta while awaiting trial on federal weapons charges, has begun writing material for his next album. The news, first reported by Entertainment Weekly, was confirmed by a T.I. spokesperson. Six songs are in the mix for "Paper Trail," due in September 2008 via Grand Hustle/Atlantic. T.I. is writing his lyrics down on paper, which he hasn't done since his debut album, "I'm Serious," in 2001.

Apparently too much drinking and too much smoking at New York's Roseland Ballroom on friday night got the homey Nas thinking about his next album. The name of the next album is.... "NIGGA"! So it got me thinking, Nas doesn't want to sell any records because what retail place will put that on there racks?!...Smarten up Nas!

So me and my cuz Handsome we get to talking...How the fuck does Def Jam permit this - First they have ghostface drop 2 albums in the same year (which is cool)- but then Joe Budden doesnt come out at all and he gets released from Def Jam. Someone is NOT doing there JOB on 8th ave!
So this album is suppose to come out the same day that Saigon is going to come out...does this mean that the old head suits are going to take the same approach as 50 and Ye'... I hope not!
